Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Product images/videos may be required for verification
- Returns for change of mind may not be accepted for hygiene-related baby products
Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.
ZA Traders reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
